If you’ve ordered a bag and want a gift receipt for stamping, it depends on availability. Sometimes, sales assistants may forget to print gift receipts. If unavailable, we cannot provide one. Stamping services are not applicable to items from outlets. However, some customers have managed to get items stamped at the retail boutique in KLCC. It depends on the sales assistant at the boutique. We are not responsible if the boutique refuses to stamp the item.

SHIPPING
Usually, our operations take up to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) to process and post out ready stock items
For pre-order/incoming stock, the Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) will take up to 8-12 weeks.
Once the shipment of your order has arrived, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure that you provided the correct email address when placing your order.
Pick-up arrangements must be made at least 2 days (or 48 hours) after placing your order for us to prepare it.
Pick-up is available from 2 pm to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Our pick-up staff will contact you to confirm the appointment.
