Actually, the item is not a ready stock. In fact, it is preorder and I don't mind to wait for a month. Unfortunately, I'm so disappointed on the handling proceed. Previously, though there is no order tracking and update, yet the item delivered within the given timeline. When I dm your team, she/he/they said no record about my purchased.. I was likee, whattttttt...So sad coz that is the present for my mom on my birthday..
Luckily, after a few more days, the parcel delivered safe and sound. But, still...unexpected reply from your team.
