1. Final Sale Policy

Once payment has been successfully received, your order immediately enters our purchasing and fulfilment process.

As many of our products are purchased specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or modified once payment has been made.

Prices may vary due to differences in:

All ETA dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

16. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for reasons that are clearly covered under this policy, including but not limited to:

  • Future promotions or discounts

  • Voucher or campaign price differences

  • ETA delays within the stated estimated timeframe

  • Tracking information

  • Courier delivery confirmation

Customers who repeatedly abuse the chargeback process, submit false claims, or engage in fraudulent purchasing behaviour may have future orders cancelled and may be permanently prohibited from purchasing from USA LOVESHOPPE.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
