Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the approval of your refund is contingent on the outcome of an inspection conducted by our team on the returned item. If the item is not in the same condition as it was when sent to you, we reserve the right to reject the refund request. This inspection is crucial to ensure the integrity of our return process and maintain the quality of products we offer.

Refund Process

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Non-Refundable Items
All items marked as clearance and heavily discounted products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please be aware that goods purchased at discounted prices, especially from outlets, may have minor imperfections or defects. These minor issues are part of the reason for the reduced pricing. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these minor defects. However, if you receive an item with a major defect that significantly impairs its usability, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately on the day of receipt for assistance. We require clear photographic evidence of the damage for processing your refund or replacement. Delay in reporting, beyond the day of receiving the product, will unfortunately result in the rejection of your claim, as prompt notification is crucial for a smooth investigation, particularly in cases involving courier services.

Cancellations

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. We encourage our customers to review their selections carefully before confirming their purchases.
