ETA refers to the Estimated Time of Arrival at our warehouse, not the estimated delivery date to your address.
Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse, additional processing, quality checks, packing, and courier collection will be required before the parcel is shipped to you.
ETA dates are estimates only and may change without prior notice.
Customers purchasing ETA or pre-order items acknowledge that they are willing to wait until the products arrive.
ETA delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
USA LOVESHOPPE is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from:

6. Failed Deliveries

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
All parcels are insured up to RM1,000.
If your parcel is lost or arrives with significant shipping damage:

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damaged parcel claims.
All claims are subject to the courier's investigation process and insurance approval.
USA LOVESHOPPE cannot guarantee compensation before the courier's investigation has been completed.
Additional parcel insurance is currently not available.

Customers selecting local pickup must schedule collection at least one (1) business day in advance.
Same-day pickup requests cannot be guaranteed and may be rescheduled.
Customers are encouraged to collect their orders promptly after receiving notification that the order is ready.
