USA LOVESHOPPE Terms & Conditions

Welcome to USA LOVESHOPPE. By accessing our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website and all official USA LOVESHOPPE sales channels.


1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

Once payment has been successfully received, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law or where the item received does not substantially match the product description or an approved refund claim under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.


2. Authenticity Guarantee

USA LOVESHOPPE guarantees that all products sold are 100% authentic.

Our products are sourced directly from:

  • Authorized U.S. Retail Stores

  • Authorized U.S. Outlet Stores

  • Official Brand Websites

  • Authorized Department Stores

  • Selected European retailers (where applicable)

We do not sell replicas, counterfeit products, imitation goods, or unauthorized merchandise.


3. Brand New Merchandise

All products sold by USA LOVESHOPPE are brand new unless otherwise clearly stated.

We do not sell:

  • Pre-owned items

  • Consignment items

  • Trade-in items

  • Refurbished products

This includes all items listed under Clearance, Sale, and Discounted categories.


4. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed are fixed and non-negotiable.

Prices may vary between our Website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Live Sales, Instagram, Facebook, or other official sales channels due to platform fees, promotions, vouchers, advertising costs, and marketplace campaigns.

We do not offer:

  • Price matching

  • Price adjustments

  • Retroactive discounts

  • Partial refunds due to price differences


5. Product Condition

Many products sold by USA LOVESHOPPE are purchased from official outlet stores.

Outlet merchandise may contain minor cosmetic imperfections accepted by the manufacturer, including but not limited to:

  • Minor scratches

  • Leather wrinkles

  • Natural leather grain variations

  • Minor glazing inconsistencies

  • Slight stitching variations

  • Minor hardware marks

  • Small glue residue

  • Minor pressure marks

These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Only major defects that significantly affect the functionality or usability of the product may be considered for a replacement or refund, subject to inspection and approval.


6. Product Images & Packaging Disclaimer

Product images are for reference only.

Actual colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting conditions

  • Camera settings

  • Monitor displays

  • Natural material variations

Luxury products may also differ slightly in leather texture, grain, stitching, and hardware finish.

Dust bags, gift boxes, shopping bags, ribbons, tissue paper, and other packaging materials are not guaranteed unless originally provided by the brand.

Packaging differences do not affect authenticity and are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.


7. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, products sold by USA LOVESHOPPE do not include an international warranty.

Brand warranties are generally valid only in the country where the item was originally purchased.

Customers are responsible for checking warranty availability with the respective brand.


8. Shipping & Delivery

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.

USA LOVESHOPPE is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or losses caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government actions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers should contact the courier directly regarding delivery-related issues.


9. Parcel Insurance

All parcels are insured up to RM1,000.

Additional insurance coverage is not currently available.

Claims relating to shipping damage or loss will be handled according to the courier's investigation process and insurance terms.


10. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Orders placed using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods remain subject to our Refund Policy.

If an order is cancelled or refunded under an approved exception, any refund may be issued as store credit where permitted by the BNPL provider's terms and applicable law.


11. Inspection Period

Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Any issue relating to incorrect items, missing items, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended as supporting evidence.


12. Coupons & Promotions

Coupons and promotional codes:

  • Must be entered during checkout.

  • Cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

  • Cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Failure to apply a coupon during checkout does not qualify for a refund or price adjustment.


13. ETA & Pre-Order Items

ETA refers to the Estimated Time of Arrival at our warehouse.

ETA is not a guaranteed delivery date and is subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

Customers who purchase ETA or pre-order items acknowledge that they are willing to wait until the products arrive and are processed for shipment.


14. Pickup Policy

Pickup appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) day in advance.

Same-day pickup requests cannot be guaranteed and may be rescheduled at our discretion.


15. International Orders

For shipments outside Malaysia, customers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • VAT/GST

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other government-imposed charges

These charges vary by country and are not included in our selling prices.

Please contact your local customs authority before placing your order if you are unsure of any applicable charges.


16. Customer Conduct

We are committed to providing professional and respectful customer service and expect the same courtesy in return.

USA LOVESHOPPE reserves the right to refuse service, cancel future orders, or restrict access to our services where a customer engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff or business.


17. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with USA LOVESHOPPE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.
